Workmen's Compensation (COIDA)

Registration, Return of Earnings, and Letters of Good Standing.

Do you need a "Letter of Good Standing"?

If you are applying for tenders or working as a contractor (especially in construction, security, or transport), your clients will withhold payment without this letter.

Important: You cannot get this letter unless your WCA registration is active, your annual "Return of Earnings" is submitted, and your assessment is paid.

Protect Your Employees & Your Business

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) protects you from civil claims if an employee is injured on duty. It is mandatory for all employers who employ one or more part-time or full-time employees.

1
Registration (W.As.2)

We submit your registration to the Compensation Fund to get your C-Number (Reference Number).

2
Return of Earnings (W.As.8)

Every year (usually April), we must declare the total salaries paid to your staff to calculate your risk assessment.

3
Assessment & Payment

The Fund issues an invoice based on your payroll and industry risk class. This must be paid to clear your account.

4
Letter of Good Standing

Once compliant, we generate your valid Letter of Good Standing immediately.
